Wits School of Public Health (SPH)
The School promotes health through teaching, research and service. Its undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes embrace a range of public health disciplines including community medicine, epidemiology and biostatistics, health policy and advocacy, health economics, occupational health, rural health and social and behavioural change communication, the only School of Public Health in Africa to offer this course.

Wits Health Consortium (Pty) Ltd - (WHC)

Wits Health Consortium (Pty) Limited (“WHC“) is a wholly owned Company of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg (South Africa) under its Faculty of Health Sciences. WHC provides Faculty with a legal framework within which to operate the research and other activities necessary to support its academic objectives. In addition WHC offers a range of products and services to the Academics conducting these activities in order to assist with the management thereof.

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is a public research university on Keppel Street, Bloomsbury, Camden, London, and specialised in public health and tropical medicine and a constituent college of the University of London. It was founded by Sir Patrick Manson in 1899 and is one of the most prestigious institutions in the world in the fields of public health and infectious diseases, ranking highly in both national and international league tables.
